Today i remembered another Wonderful writer in Tamil is none other than Lalgudi Saptarishi Ramamrutham popularly known in his pen name LA.SA Ra.Started writing when he was twenty years in English and later started in tamil is important.He is known for his novels and stories.He has contributed more than 300 Short stories.Even though he started his career in Punjab National Bank
served for three decades his passion for writing has never Stoped.He won Sahitya Akademi Award In 1989 for his Collections of essays in the name Chintha nathi. One of the few Novelists respected from the writing community. In the early days by virtue of his writing talents he was offered in film industry by famous director Ramnoth but his inclination towards film industry was in the negative side.He took the Bank profession continued for threedecades along with writing is worth to be mentioned here.He died at his 91 St birthday .Even though he departed from us his wonderful work in front of us.Today i am happy to tribute this Stalwart LA.SA.Ra.
